In addition to the exploding number of online and publications, trade publications continue to get leaner, cutting the number of editorial positions, there will be an increasing need for vendor supplied content that that is informative, easy to read, and meets the needs of the publication’s readers. This content can range from short blogs and trend pieces to more detailed how to do it type articles and white papers. It is a complex dance to be able to create a non commercial article that also discretely promotes the company and its products while ensuring thought leadership for the author.
